8.1 Moderation Measures
- Automated Detection: We utilize advanced automated systems and machine learning algorithms to detect and flag potentially prohibited content in real time. These systems scan text, images, and other media for known patterns of abuse, harassment, explicit material, and other violations.
- Human Review: Flagged content is reviewed by trained human moderators who assess the context, intent, and severity of the content before making enforcement decisions. Our moderation team operates across multiple time zones to ensure timely review.
- Proactive Monitoring: In addition to reactive moderation triggered by reports, we conduct proactive monitoring and auditing of content and user behavior to identify emerging trends, patterns of abuse, and potential policy violations before they escalate.
- Keyword and Pattern Filtering: We maintain and regularly update databases of prohibited keywords, phrases, and content patterns that are automatically filtered or flagged for review.
8.2 User Reporting Mechanism
Every user plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and quality of the Sayvo community. We provide accessible and easy-to-use reporting tools throughout the application to enable users to report objectionable content and abusive behavior:
